Hotel room and area are very clean.
I was really disappointed that the hotel did not offer complimentary coffee in the lobby, which is something I have come to expect at other places. Additionally, I found the dining options to be quite expensive. I ended up paying $42 for just a simple breakfast, which felt extremely overpriced. On top of that, I encountered some billing issues where I was charged extra fees that were not disclosed at check-in.

The hotel lobby welcomed me with a bright and modern design. Check-in was smooth, and I appreciated the staff accommodating my request for a higher floor. My room felt spacious with comfy bedding that made it easy to relax. A flat-screen TV added entertainment, and the mini fridge was great for storing snacks. One highlight was the cleanliness. everything was spotless from the room to the common areas. However, I hit a snag with the breakfast options. There was no complimentary breakfast, and the pricing at the Bistro felt quite steep for what it offered. A little more variety and value there would definitely improve the experience. Also, I found the bathroom a bit chilly without proper heating. Despite these issues, I enjoyed the Starbucks downstairs for my morning caffeine fix. Overall, a refreshing stay despite some minor setbacks.

Exceptional staff greeted me upon arrival, and I was pleasantly surprised when they accommodated my request for a higher floor room. The spaciousness and cleanliness of the room, along with luxurious bedding and a variety of pillows, made for a comfortable stay. The shower was roomy and well-designed, and I appreciated the well-maintained public areas. On the downside, the location was a bit set back from the main road, and I had a minor issue with the TV volume not working initially, but staff promptly addressed it.
